TRAINING PLAN
Train with confidence for race day using our Stormin’ Norman Training Plan Guides. Whether you’re tackling your first 5K, building speed as an intermediate runner, or preparing for the Half Marathon, these plans are designed to meet you where you are. Each guide includes structured weekly workouts, built-in rest and cross-training, and an easy-to-follow Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale so you can train smart, stay healthy, and arrive at the starting line ready to storm Norman.
